How Does The 'Sweet Dreams' Guarantee Work?

You will have a full 90 days from the date of delivery of your new mattress to ensure you're 100% satisfied with its comfort. If you are not happy with your mattress, you can return it for a full refund, or exchange it for another Rest Therapy mattress.

It may take some time to break-in a new mattress, so you will need to use it with the included mattress protector for a minimum of 30 days.

This guarantee applies only to customers who use the mattress protector on top of their mattress for the full 90 days.

Make Sure The Mattress Is Right For You

We want you to love your new mattress. The break-in period will give you enough time to find out how much you love the mattress and allow your body to adjust to the change of a new mattress.

If you want to return your mattress, we will make arrangements for your mattress to be picked-up minus the mattress protector. You will receive a full refund on your mattress plus any taxes paid on that. 

If you want to exchange, you will be able to choose another mattress in the same size and we will make arrangements for your mattress to be picked-up. You will keep the mattress protector and use it on your new mattress. Payment will be required for any price differences, including taxes, prior to shipping the exchanged product. There is a one time return limit for the exchange. You will receive a refund if the price difference, including taxes, is less than the original price of your mattress, including taxes.

Keep your packaging! The mattress must be properly packaged in the plastic bag it was shipped in for the return shipping. All mattresses must be in acceptable condition with no damage before an exchange is shipped or a refund made in the event of a return.
